Huskies rout Oceanic

ROUYN-NORANDA, Que. -- Jordan Caron and the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies bounced back Sunday night.
Caron scored twice and added two assists as the Huskies thrashed the Rimouski Oceanic 8-1 in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action.
It was a big rebound for the Huskies who lost to the Oceanic 4-1 Saturday night.
Philippe Cornet had back-to-back goals for Rouyn-Noranda (32-20-4), while Sergey Ostapchuk, Christophe Losier, Gabriel O'Connor and Jerome Raymond also found the back of the net.
Jakub Culek was the lone scorer for Rimouski (27-22-6). Guillaume Bernier stopped 2-of-5 shots before giving way to Philippe Tremblay who stopped 36-of-41 shots.
Rouyn-Noranda remains in first in the West Division. Rimouski is in second in the East.
