RIMOUSKI, Que. – Samuel Hodhod scored three times as the Blainville-Boisbraind Armada forced a Game 7 by defeating the host Rimouski Oceanic 4-1 on Monday in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League playoff action.
Samuel Tremblay also scored for the Armada while goaltender Etienne Marcoux made 25 saves for the win.
Peter Trainor scored the lone goal for the Oceanic, who won the first two games of the second-round series before dropping the next three of four.
Rimouski’s Philippe Desrosiers stopped 29-of-33 shots in defeat.
The Oceanic will host Game 7 on Tuesday. The winner will face the Baie-Comeau Drakkar in the third round.
