Jeff Marek hosts Sportsnet’s weekly CHL podcast, a one-stop shop for news, analysis, opinion and interviews covering the WHL, OHL and QMJHL. Sam Cosentino, the CHL’s top analyst/insider, joins Marek each week to discuss the latest from around the league, as do newsmakers from across the CHL. Couple that with NHLers remembering their days in junior hockey and regular updates on the latest risers and fallers for the NHL Draft, and there’s really nowhere else fans need to go.

On this week’s show, Sam joins Jeff to reflect on the World Junior Championship and discuss trades across the CHL. Then star forward and new Kingston Frontenac Michael Dal Colle offers his thoughts on the move from Oshawa and the Fronts’ chances this year.

Then we truly go coast to coast. Sportsnet’s Halifax-based QMJHL reporter, Jonathan Briggins, chimes in with his thoughts on the big teams in Quebec, a darkhorse team to watch and the big trades that have been going down in that league.

The we hang a hard left and head to Seattle, where Andy Eide joins Jeff to discuss what’s going on in the WHL, the Dub’s trade deadline and the state of the MasterCard Memorial Cup host Red Deer Rebels.
