SASKATOON — Reid Duke scored a hat trick as the Brandon Wheat Kings downed the Saskatoon Blades 6-2 on Saturday night in Western Hockey League action.
Jayce Hawryluk added a pair of goals while Macoy Erkamps tacked on three assists. John Quenneville had a goal and two assists to round out the scoring for Brandon (29-13-4).
Cameron Hebig scored both goals for the Blades (17-27-4).
Logan Thompson made 18 saves for the win as Brock Hamm turned away 25-of-31 shots in defeat.
The Wheat Kings converted twice on seven power plays while Saskatoon was 0 for 3.

REGINA -- Sam Steel had a pair of third-period goals as the Pats doubled up Prince Albert.
Adam Berg and Cole Sanford also scored for Regina (20-20-7).
Simon Stransky and Parker Kelly found the back of the net for the Raiders (26-16-5).

CALGARY -- Jackson Houck had a hat trick and Radel Fazleev tacked on four assists as the Hitmen toppled Swift Current.
Jakob Stukel scored once and added two assists for Calgary (28-18-2), which also got goals from Jordy Stallard and Jake Bean.
Jamal Watson and Max Lajoie chipped in for the Broncos (15-27-5), who had a three-game winning streak snapped.
