Toronto Maple Leafs forward Auston Matthews will return to the lineup when the team takes on the Montreal Canadiens tonight.

Matthews’ hasn’t played since Nov. 6 when the Leafs hosted the Vegas Golden Knights. The 20-year-old left the ice during the morning skate but ended up playing through his upper-body injury. He subsequently missed the following four games.

In the absence of Matthews Toronto went 4-0, extending their win streak to a season-high five games.

In 16 games this season he has 10 goals and 19 points.
