Blackhawks’ Artem Anisimov day-to-day with lower-body injury

Andrew Ladd had two goals and an assist to help the Blackhawks get a 4-1 win over the Flames.

Chicago Blackhawks centre Artem Anisimov is day-to-day with a lower-body injury and will miss Sunday’s game against the Vancouver Canucks.

Anisimov has 19 goals and 19 assists in 74 games this season, the bulk of which have been spent centring Patrick Kane and Artemi Panarin on Chicago’s most productive line.

The Blackhawks acquired Anisimov in the off-season as part of a deal that sent Brandon Saad to the Columbus Blue Jackets.
