The St. Louis Blues will welcome forward Patrik Berglund to the lineup for the first time this season when they visit the Toronto Maple Leafs Saturday.
Berglund has been activated from injured reserve after missing the Blues’ first 40 games of the 2015-16 season while recovering from off-season shoulder surgery.
Berglund totaled 12 goals and 27 points in 77 games with the Blues in 2014-15.
The 27-year-old has spent his entire NHL career with St. Louis and has scored 118 goals and 247 points in 513 games.
The Blues selected Berglund in the first round (25th overall) in the 2006 NHL Draft.
The Blues face the Maple Leafs in the early tilt as part of Hockey Night in Canada and can be seen on CBC and City TV beginning at 7 p.m. ET.
