Martin Brodeur’s future in the NHL is still up in the air, but that doesn’t mean he’s not garnering interest from the hockey world.
According to Sportsnet’s Elliotte Friedman, Hockey Canada is interested in having Brodeur compete for them at the Deustchland Cup next month in Germany.

The Deutschland Cup is an annual tournament hosted by the German Ice Hockey Federation. Canada last participated in 2012 when they finished fourth. This year’s tournament takes place from Nov. 7-9 in Munich.
Brodeur, 42, is currently an unrestricted free agent and has not announced any plans to retire.
