The Montreal Canadiens will be without forward Andrew Shaw for the next four-to-six weeks with a lower-body injury, the team announced Monday.

Shaw hasn’t played since the team’s shootout loss to the Boston Bruins on Jan. 13. He had been listed as out indefinitely before Monday’s announcement.

Shaw has 10 goals and 19 points this season.

The Canadiens also shared an update on centre Phillip Danault and defenceman Shea Weber ahead of Tuesday’s game in St. Louis against the Blues.

Danault remains out indefinitely with a concussion after taking a slap shot from Bruins captain Zdeno Chara to the head in the same game Shaw was injured in. Weber also remains out indefinitely with a foot injury, which has kept him on the sidelines since the middle of December.
