Michael McCarron, a first-round draft pick from 2013, has been called up to the Montreal Canadiens.
The 20-year-old forward will join the team in Dallas for their game against the Stars on Saturday.
McCarron has 13 goals and 24 points this season with the St. John’s IceCaps.
