Did we just become Thatcher Demko fans? Yep!

The Vancouver Canucks goalie prospect unveiled his new mask and it features an image of Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly from the poster of the movie Step Brothers.

This isn’t the first time Demko has paid tribute to Ferrell on one of his masks. The 21-year-old featured Ferrell’s popular character from Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy.

Demko, like many goalies, frequently changes up the artwork on his helmet and often features pop culture figures.

David Gunnarsson came up with the Step Brothers design. The Swedish artist has worked with Demko in the past and has also done new masks for the likes of Henrik Lundqvist, Ben Bishop, Pekka Rinne, Frederik Andersen and Antti Raanta among many others.
