Cherry’s Ice Bucket Challenge a ‘beauty’

Don Cherry approves the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.

Don Cherry completed the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge on Thursday, and it was a beauty.

Draped in a camouflage floral suit jacket, Cherry called out Prime Time Sports host Bob McCown, Hockey Night in Canada commentator Glenn Healy and longtime sportscaster Brian Williams before getting doused with the frigid water by his grandson, Del, and signing off with a thumbs up.

The Ice Bucket Challenge has raised more than $40 million for the ALS Association in the last 25 days and doesn’t appear to be slowing down.
