Watch: Klingberg blasts knuckle-puck past Fasth

Watch as Dallas Stars defenceman John Klingberg beats Edmonton Oilers goaltender Viktor Fasth from outside the blue line.

It’s knuckle-puck time!

Dallas Stars defenceman John Klingberg opened the scoring Tuesday against the Edmonton Oilers by blasting one past Viktor Fasth from outside the blue-line.

Klingberg’s goal just happens to come one day after the Oilers fired their goalie coach Frederic Chabot.

The puck was shot while it was on its side, which made it dip and confuse Fasth — reminiscent of this classic move from D2: The Mighty Ducks.
