The Detroit Red Wings have revealed their jerseys for their upcoming Stadium Series game at Coors Field against the Colorado Avalanche.

The design features an updated version of the ‘D’ logo first used by the Detroit Cougars in 1926, and brought back for the 2009 Winter Classic.

There is a white diagonal stripe inspired by modern automotive aesthetics, according to the team. On the arms will be oversized numbers, with the classic Red Wings logo on the shoulder. The players will also wear white gloves.

The Red Wings will play the Avalanche on Feb. 27. Colorado has already revealed what they will be wearing.
