Devils acquire forward Michael Latta from Coyotes

The New Jersey Devils have acquired forward Michael Latta in a trade with the Arizona Coyotes. Going back to Arizona is forward Ryan Kujawinski.

Latta, 26, has spent all season in the AHL with the Tucson Roadrunners. At the NHL-level, he has scored four goals and 17 points in 113 games, all with the Washington Capitals. He signed as a free agent with the Coyotes in July.

Kujawinski, 22, has spent this season with the AHL’s Binghamton Devils. In fives games he has one goal and one assist. He was originally a second-round pick by the Devils in 2013.
