Ducks sign forward Max Jones to entry-level deal

Max Jones has a few bumps and bruises after a hard fought game on Tuesday against the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies. But he's had and done worse.

The Anaheim Ducks have signed forward Max Jones to a three-year, entry-level contract, the club announced Friday.

Jones scored 28 goals and totalled 52 points in 63 games with the London Knights of the Ontario Hockey League in 2015-16.

The Ducks selected Jones in the first round (24th overall) of the 2016 NHL Draft.
