Giordano has hearing Tuesday for slew foot

Calgary Flames defenceman Mark Giordano will have a disciplinary hearing with the NHL on Tuesday for a slew foot on Antoine Roussel of the Dallas Stars during Sunday’s 4-3 victory.

Giordano only received a two-minute penalty for the hit on Roussel. He is not expected to be suspended as he was in the Calgary lineup on Monday night.

The Flames defenceman has one goal and two assists with a minus-3 rating in 13 games this season.
