John Shannon sits down with Calgary Flames general manager Brad Treliving to talk about the Flames off season and expectations for the coming year.

The Calgary Flames have signed forward Joseph Cramarossa to an AHL contract.

Cramarossa was released from his professional tryout with the Flames on Wednesday, and will report to the Stockton Heat.

He began last season with the Anaheim Ducks, but was claimed off waivers by the Vancouver Canucks on March 1.

The 24-year-old had no points in 10 games with Vancouver, finishing the year with four goals and six assists in 59 games.

The Markham, Ont., native was a third-round pick of the Ducks in 2011.
