The Philadelphia Flyers have a new backup goaltender, reaching a two-year deal with Michal Neuvirth.
According to reports, he will be paid $1.5 million in 2015-15 and $1.75 million in 2016-17.
Neuvirth, 27, spent the 2014-15 season with the New York Islanders and Buffalo Sabres.
He has appeared in 168 NHL games over seven seasons, accumulating a .912 save percentage and 2.73 goals-against average.
