The perfect storm of a sluggish hockey news day in August and a superstar’s Instragram account followed by 120,830 people has resulted in this little gem.

Alex Ovechkin doing some explosive leg exercises, set in slow motion to the uplifting strains of R. Kelly’s “I Believe I Can Fly.”

“Haha who can fly!???” the Washington Capitals captain captioned the well-liked video, which was even tweeted out by Caps owner Ted Leonsis.
