Gotta See It: Justin Bieber’s ‘unreal’ dangle

A proud Justin Bieber posts a video of himself beating a defenceman and scoring a goal.

Hockey has had a bit of a love-hate relationship with Justin Bieber.

The Toronto Maple Leafs welcomed “The Biebs” — I’m sure the kids still call him that, right? — to a practice in 2011 and presented him with signed stick two years later. And the pop star was even offered a contract to play for the ECHL’s Bakersfield Condors in 2012.

On the flip side, however, the Canadian export was called out by the 2013 champion Chicago Blackhawks for trouncing on their dressing room logo. He got mocked on the Dallas Stars’ Jumbotron last January. And in advance of the men’s Olympic hockey tournament in Sochi, an unflattering billboard popped up.

So perhaps that’s why the 20-year-old Bieber claimed this goal he scored at the L.A. Kings Valley Ice Center so proudly.

“My dangles were unreal,” he tweeted, along with the Vine post above. “Did u see that shot? I’m number 20. #dangles #20 #iceicebaby #uthoughtthiswasagame #imadethatpuckmybitch.”

Aw, cute kid. No. 20 in your program, No. 1 in your heart.

(Fun fact: Bieber’s very next tweet was a selfie of him in a bubble bath. Seriously.)
