Keshia Chante to join cast of ‘Hockey Wives’

TORONTO – Singer Keshia Chante has scored a spot on “Hockey Wives.”

W Network says she and Rhianna Weaver have joined the cast of the docu-series’ second season, which is slated to premiere this fall.

Chante, a Juno-winning artist who’s hosted the BET music show “106 & Park,” is dating Philadelphia Flyers goalie Ray Emery.

Weaver, a Montreal-based philanthropist and marketing professional, is married to former Montreal Canadiens defenceman Mike Weaver.

They join returning cast members including Kodette LaBarbera, Tiffany Parros, Noureen DeWulf, Maripier Morin and Martine Forget.

The network says other new cast members will be announced in the coming months.
