MacLean: Very anxious to evaluate Panthers management going forward

HC at Noon’s Doug MacLean says Panthers vice chairman Doug Cifu isn’t qualified to evaluate his career, and says he doesn’t wish them bad luck, but is very anxious to evaluate their management team starting today.
