NEWARK, N.J. — Mike Cammalleri, the New Jersey Devils leading scorer, was scratched Saturday night against the Dallas Stars.

The Devils did not provide an injury report. It was the first game the 33-year-old missed this season.

Cammalleri did not practice Friday, and the team called his absence a “maintenance day.”

Cammalleri has 14 goals and 21 assists for 35 points, tied for 11th in the league.
