Chiarelli had role in Koskinen signing, but didn’t act alone

Edmonton Oilers CEO Bob Nicholson says former GM Peter Chiarelli didn’t act alone in signing Mikko Koskinen, says the organization as a whole believes in Mikko, and they still think Cam Talbot will play a big role too.
