Pavel Datsyuk returns after missing five games

DETROIT — Pavel Datsyuk is back in the lineup for the Detroit Red Wings after missing five games with an undisclosed lower-body injury.

The 36-year-old Datsyuk entered Saturday’s game against Tampa Bay with 23 goals and 35 assists. He was second on the team in points behind Henrik Zetterberg.

Detroit’s Erik Cole is out Saturday with an upper-body injury, and Tampa Bay’s Braydon Coburn is sidelined with a lower-body injury.
