Pittsburgh Penguins defenceman Trevor Daley will not be in the lineup Saturday night and is considered week-to-week with an upper-body injury.
Daley was hurt in Friday’s win over Los Angeles.
The 33-year-old has 11 points (three goals, eight assists) in 31 games this season.
He played a big part in Pittsburgh’s turnaround last year after being acquired in a trade from the Chicago Blackhawks.
The Penguins placed defenceman Kris Letang on injured reserve earlier on Saturday.
Pittsburgh has also sent forward Daniel Sprong to the QMJHL’s Charlottetown Islanders.
Sprong was a second-round pick of the Penguins in 2015, and hasn’t played in a game this season.
