The New York Rangers have acquired defenceman Chris Bigras from the Colorado Avalanche in exchange for defenceman Ryan Graves.
Bigras has one assist in 15 games this season with the Avalanche, and one goal and six points with AHL San Antonio.
The 23-year-old represented Canada at the 2014 world juniors.
Graves, 22, has four goals and 11 points in 57 games with AHL Hartford.
