Not everyone is bagging on the Toronto Maple Leafs these days. The club hasn’t won a game since Jan. 9, but that didn’t deter Snoop Dogg on Wednesday afternoon.
While his son, Cordell Broadus, was announcing his decision to join UCLA’s football team on National Signing Day, Snoop Dogg was wearing a bucket hat with a Maple Leafs logo on national television.

Surprisingly, it’s not the first time the rap mogul has shown an affinity for the Leafs.
Snoop even rocked a Leafs jersey during an appearance on the Arsenio Hall Show in 1994.
Snoop Dogg, a California native, is a bit of a hockey fan in general. He was in attendance for at least one of the Anaheim Ducks’ Stanley Cup final games against the Ottawa Senators in 2006-07. And since no Leafs fan would ever support Ottawa, Snoop was showing off his Ducks jersey when he was interviewed by Sportsnet’s Scott Oake (who was working with CBC Sports at the time) in one of the best Cup final interviews of all-time.
