The Toronto Marlies have loaned forward Leo Komarov to his former team, Dynamo Moscow of the KHL.
Komarov signed a one-year deal with the Toronto Maple Leafs with the hope of challenging for a roster spot.
When the NHL locked out its players, Komarov was assigned to their AHL affiliate Toronto Marlies. In 14 games, the former sixth-round pick in 2006 has tallied six goals and nine points
Komanov previously played three seasons for Dynamo Moscow prior to joining the Maple Leafs organization.
