The Vegas Golden Knights hope to have their jerseys unveiled and ready for purchase in June, according to general manager George McPhee.
McPhee answered questions from season ticket holders on Monday, and was asked when his team’s sweaters would be available to the public.
“We hope to have them unveiled in June and ready for sale in time for the expansion draft,” said McPee, as quoted by the Las Vegas Review-Journal. “We put a lot of work into the design, and I think you’re going to like them.”
The expansion draft will take place on June 18 as Vegas fills out its roster.
Reid Duke is the only player signed by the Golden Knights as of this writing. The Brandon Wheat Kings forward wears No. 27, in case you wanted to get his jersey when the time comes.
Fans in Nevada will may also soon be able to show their support on the road, with a Golden Knights license plate.
Senate Bill 283 was introduced in the state Legislature on Thursday, which would require the Department of Motor Vehicles to design a unique plate for those who wish to have one.
