A touching moment came last night as hockey legend Gordie Howe reacts to a tribute from the Detroit Red Wings during their game last night against the Los Angeles Kings.
Howe, also known as “Mr. Hockey”, suffered a stroke on Sunday at his daughter’s home in Texas that has left him without movement in parts of the right side of his body.
The 86-year-old Howe played 32 professional seasons, the majority with the Red Wings.
