The most inspiring and damn-I-miss-NHL-action fan-made lockout video now has itself a sequel.
“As the deadline day gets closer I thought I’d contribute with another video,” writes Helsinki-based NHL fanatic Janne Makkonen by way of explanation. “I tried to show the difficulty of being an NHL player.”
Although the 21-year-old Makkonen may be pro-player, the NHL might want to consider hiring the 21-year-old freelance editor to cut some commercials and help win back fans when this CBA mess is behind us. His first edition of “Together We Can” quickly went viral and was shared through social media by several pro players.
Because he’s so passionate about hockey himself, Makkonen’s “Together We Can, Part 2” does a superb job of capturing the fervor for the game on both sides of the glass.
