UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar is seriously ill in a North Dakota hospital after collapsing in Canada, according to UFC president Dana White.

Speaking after UFC 105 in Manchester, England on Saturday, White said the champion is in really bad shape and will be out of action for a while. White went on to say that he does know what's wrong with Lesnar but wouldn't divulge any details other than Lesnar dropped while on some property he owns in Canada.

Lesnar, who initially cited mononucleosis as his reason for being out, was twice forced to postpone his title fight against Shane Carwin. The meeting was originally scheduled for UFC 106 on Nov. 21 in Las Vegas before being pushed back to UFC 108 on Jan. 2. Currently, there is no new date for a possible bout and no word on when -- or even if -- Lesnar will return to the octagon.
