The UFC is pushing the date of their Montreal show back a week until May 8 because of the Floyd Mayweather boxing match according to media reports.

Both Cagewriter and Canadian Press confirmed the news with UFC president Dana White.

White told Cagewriter that the switch was made possible when the Bell Centre was able to move a May 8 concert. 

"We were trying to not go the same night as boxing but these [expletive] guys can't get out of their own way," said White. "I have never seen anything so unorganized, selfish and dysfunctional as boxing. It's a joke!"
