The casting call takes place the morning after a UFC Fight Night card at the Bojangles Coliseum in Charlotte, headlined by lightweights Kenny Florian and Takanori Gomi.

Season 11, which features Calgary's Nick Ring, debuts March 31 on Spike and Rogers Sportsnet. The two coaches are longtime rivals and former light-heavyweight champions Chuck (The Iceman) Liddell and Tito (The Huntington Beach Bad Boy) Ortiz.

Season 12 is slated to air in September.
