This week on UFC Central, hosted by "Showdown" Joe Ferraro.

The Ultimate Fighting Championship returned to Rio De Janeiro, Brazil for UFC 142, and the fighters put on quite the show for the fans in attendance and those watching at home.

We recap all the action from top to bottom, including the main event where featherweight champion Jose Aldo successfully defended his belt against Chad Mendes. So what's next for the champ? And could we finally see him make the move up to the lightweight division?

Anthony Johnson's middleweight debut certainly didn't go as planned, not only did "Rumble" miss weight by a shocking 11 pounds, but he would suffer a first round submission to "The Phenom" Vitor Belfort. Have we seen the last of Johnson in the octagon? Or was the loss and missing weight for a third time in the UFC, enough for a pink slip?

And you won't want to miss the knockout that is already being dubbed as one of the greatest in UFC history.

The UFC doesn't slow down as they head to Nashville, Tennessee this Friday. The main event features "The Young Assasin" Melvin Guillard as he takes on Jim Miller. An event that you can see on Sportsnet One at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT.

Both lightweights have been on the cusp of title contention and need to make a statement that they belong among the divisions best. We breakdown their fight and look back at their roads to Nashville.

Plus, he's one of the most colourful characters the UFC has ever seen, in the latest "Getting to know" we ask Melvin Guillard all the questions you want to know, and he's doesn't hold back when answering them.

And Canadian lightweight Mark Bocek joins us in studio to discuss all of the hot topics, including his thoughts on the Anthony Johnson saga, plus his upcoming fight in Montreal against Matt Wiman.

The untouchable

Junior dos Santos could be the face of the heavyweight division, if not the UFC as a whole, for quite some time.
