This week on UFC CENTRAL, hosted by "Showdown" Joe Ferraro.

For the second straight week five hours of live UFC action was shown on Sportsnet, as Rashad Evans and Phil Davis headlined the organizations return to Chicago. We recap all of the fights from the windy city and look at what's next for those involved.

Find out if Evans' five-round battle with Davis has left him in good enough condition to fight Jon Jones in April, and whether Chael Sonnen would really fight Anderson Silva in Brazil. We also hear from Mitch Gagnon, the lone Canadian who was forced off the card due to visa issues, who explains what went down and when he could return for his UFC debut.

The UFC returns to Las Vegas this weekend for UFC 143 featuring the interim welterweight title fight between Nick Diaz and Carlos Condit. We take an in-depth look at how this bout came to be, and breakdown all the fights on the main card. Don't forget that you can catch the live prelims for UFC 143 this Saturday at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT on Sportsnet East, Ontario, West and Pacific.

And we get you caught up on all the latest mixed martial arts headlines including what's next for Jason Macdonald, Jim Miller and Fedor Emelianenko, plus the results from MFC 32 in Edmonton, Alberta.

The untouchable

Junior dos Santos could be the face of the heavyweight division, if not the UFC as a whole, for quite some time.
