This week on UFC Central:

The UFC returned to Brazil and did not disappoint. Vitor Belfort produced another highlight-reel finish as he connected with a devastating spinning heel kick, sending Luke Rockhold to the mat where the phenom finished him off. This win just may earn Belfort another middleweight title shot. We recap the entire fight card from Brazil which aired right here on Sportsnet ONE.

We run down all the latest headlines, including the welterweight champ Georges St-Pierre, who is back in the movie scene. He announced over Twitter that he will be the voice of “Art”, the hairy purple monster in the French version of Disney’s “Monsters University.”

Speaking of twitter, Zuffa slapped UFC lightweight Nate Diaz with a $20,000 fine and a 90-day suspension for a derogatory tweet towards UFC bantamweight Bryan Caraway. We have that and more, including the UFC’s return to Toronto for UFC 165 on this week’s segment of “Inside the Octagon.”

Showdown Joe sits down with Georges St-Pierre’s nutritionist, Dr. John Berardi, in an exclusive interview. Dr. Berardi is the man that will make sure size is not an issue if GSP and Anderson Silva happen to meet in the Octagon one day. Dr. Berardi is going to help Georges bulk up to 210 pounds, then cut down to 185 pounds using nutrition and proper training if a super-fight were to happen.

"UFC 160: Velasquez versus Big Foot 2" is right around the corner. Heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez puts his belt on the line against Antonio “Big Foot” Silva on Saturday night at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

The last time these two met, it wasn’t a good night for Silva. Velasquez dominated the Brazilian from the opening bell, winning by TKO. Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia’s T.J. Grant, who is currently on a four-fight win streak, is also in action. He takes on Gray “The Bully” Maynard.

UFC President Dana White said the winner of this match will get a title fight against lightweight champion Benson Henderson. We breakdown the entire fight card set to invade Sin City.

And UFC’s finest weigh in on who they think will win Saturday’s rematch between Velasquez and Big Foot.
