McGregor suffered a minor sprain to his lateral collateral ligament (LCL) in his dominant win against Max Holloway at UFC Fight Night 26.
Mmamania.com reports that it’s possible McGregor could fight before the end of 2013 barring there was no additional damage since the initial diagnosis.
McGregor holds a 14-2 professional MMA record.
