Tiger Woods still has a long way to go to rebuild his reputation in the sports world.

Woods and Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick were voted the most disliked athletes in sports, according to a poll in Forbes Magazine. Both had a "dislike" score of 60 per cent.

The golf superstar remains unpopular after his highly-publicized adulterous affairs. Since the scandal and divorce with his wife, Woods has struggled on the golf course and has not yet been able to develop the fan fare he had in the past.

POLL:

Which of the following is your least favourite athlete?

Ndamukong Suh of the Detroit Lions was the biggest riser on the list after being ranked one of the most-liked players in the NFL on a Nielsen/ E-Poll Market Research list in 2010.

Suh's public perception drastically changed in 2011 when the defensive lineman was highly criticized for dirty play after being suspended for two games after stomping on Green Bay Packers guard Evan Dietrich-Smith in a front of a national audience on Thanksgiving.

"He went from being so popular to being a pariah in one season," Nielsen vice president of sports Stephen Master told Forbes.

After Kris Humprhies' short-term marriage to Kim Kardashian, the New Jersey Nets forward has become an enemy of many sports fans and the once unheralded athlete finished with a 50 per cent "dislike" rating and ranked No. 5 on the list.

Also included in the top 10 were NBA villains such as Kobe Bryant and LeBron James, New York Jets receiver Plaxico Burress, former wide receiver Terrell Owens, New York Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez and NASCAR superstar Kurt Busch.
