One of the most highly-anticipated fights in boxing history will get an official kick-off on Wednesday.

Eleven-time world champion Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao will host a news conference at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles to formally announce their welterweight world championship unification bout. Viewers can watch it live on Sportsnet ONE or right here on sportsnet.ca beginning at 4:25 p.m. ET.

The fight will take place on Saturday, May 2 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Mayweather has a career record of 47-0, while Pacquiao has lost just five times in 64 bouts.
