TOTTENHAM LOOKS TO ELIMINATE AC MILAN IN UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE

TORONTO (March 8, 2011) – Tottenham faces AC Milan in the second leg of the knockout phase in UEFA Champions League on Wednesday, March 9 at 2:30 p.m. (ET)/11:30 a.m. (PT) on the Rogers Sportsnet East, Ontario, West and Pacific channels.

Tottenham took the first leg of the knockout phase 1-0 against AC Milan. Tottenham holds the top spot in Group A and have scored the most goals this season with 18. Forwards Peter Crouch and Gareth Bale are both tied for the team lead in scoring with four goals each.
Milan’s Zlatan Ibrahimovic leads the club with four goals. Milan finished third in Group G while Real Madrid took top spot.
After both teams complete the second leg of their home-and-home series, the winner by aggregate will then move on to the quarter-finals beginning in April.
