SPORTSNET OPENS NBA PLAYOFFS WITH A DOUBLEHEADER STARTING THIS SATURDAY

Sportsnet ONE will feature four NBA playoff games this weekend, all in high definition

TORONTO (April 14, 2011) – Rogers Sportsnet opens the 2011 NBA Playoffs with a doubleheader on Saturday, April 16th, starting at 7 p.m. (ET)/4 p.m. (PT) when the Orlando Magic host the Atlanta Hawks in Game 1 of their Eastern Conference semi-final series on Sportsnet ONE.

Later that evening, Sportsnet ONE will broadcast Game 1 of the Western Conference semi-final series between the Portland Trail Blazers and the Dallas Mavericks at 9:30 p.m. (ET)/6:30 p.m. (PT).

Sportsnet ONE will have even more NBA playoff action with another doubleheader on Sunday, April 17th starting with the New York Knicks visiting the Boston Celtics in Game 1 of their Eastern Conference semi-final series at 7 p.m. (ET)/4 p.m. (PT) followed by Game 1 of the Western Conference semi-final series featuring the Denver Nuggets and the Oklahoma City Thunder at 9:30 p.m. (ET)/6:30 p.m. (PT).

In addition, Sportsnet ONE will also present the second game of the Portland and Dallas series on Tuesday, April 19th at 9:30 p.m. (ET)/6:30 p.m. (PT).
