SPORTSNET ONE PRESENTS OPENING ROUND OF 2011 MLB AMATEUR DRAFT

TORONTO -- Rogers Sportsnet ONE will broadcast live coverage of the 2011 Major League Baseball Amateur Draft starting with the MLB Pre-Draft Show on Monday, June 6 at 6 p.m. (ET)/3 p.m. (PT).

Sportsnet ONE will follow immediately with the first round of the MLB amateur draft at 7 p.m. (ET)/4 p.m. (PT) on Monday, June 6.

Toronto Blue Jays have five picks in the opening round of the draft, including the 21st, 35th, 46th, 53rd and 57th draft selections. The latter four selections are compensatory picks acquired with the departures of Scott Downs, John Buck, Kevin Gregg and Miguel Olivo.
