RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is an XML-based distribution format that delivers headlines, summaries and links to your desktop or can be integrated into your weblog. RSS allows you to have the stories you are interested in delivered to your desktop or web browser automatically every day. It's as simple as choosing a news reader, then subscribing to the Sportsnet.ca feeds you want.

How do I access RSS feeds?
You can access RSS feeds a number of ways, including downloading one of the many news readers available for different operating systems (see the list of readers to the right to get started). Some web browsers offer an RSS reader tool. A few of the more popular RSS readers are 'Google Reader' and 'Netvibes'.
