RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is an XML-based distribution format that delivers headlines, summaries and links to your desktop or can be integrated into your weblog. RSS allows you to have the stories you are interested in delivered to your desktop or web browser automatically every day. It's as simple as choosing a news reader, then subscribing to the sportsnet.ca feeds you want.
