Schalke scoops up Neustaedter

FRANKFURT, Germany -- Schalke says it has signed talented midfielder Roman Neustaedter from Bundesliga rival Borussia Moenchengladbach.
The 23-year-old Neustaedter will move at the end of the season when his contract with Moenchengladbach expires. He signed a four-year deal with Schalke.
Neustaedter is the second major player to leave Moenchengladbach at the end of the season after winger Marco Reus agreed to a deal with Borussia Dortmund.
