LONDON — Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says Mathieu Debuchy has been ruled out for six weeks with a "severe" hamstring injury, leaving the team short of cover at right back.

The France international limped off after 16 minutes of the English Premier League match against Bournemouth on Sunday. It was his first start for Arsenal in more than a year.

With Hector Bellerin also out injured, Carl Jenkinson is the only fit right back in Arsenal’s squad.
