There is something to be said about gaining revenge.
This weekend, Chelsea visits Sunderland—the same Sunderland side who ended Jose Mourinho’s 77-game undefeated streak as Blues manager at Stamford Bridge last season. It also put a big dent to Chelsea’s title hopes.
Now, why is this relevant to fantasy football? Well, Chelsea and Mourino will be out for revenge when they face the struggling Black Cats on Saturday, and that means you should try to fit as many Chelsea players as possible into your squad.

Here’s what else I’m looking at for Week 13 in fantasy football.
GOALKEEPERS
Lukasz Fabianski (7.62M) – Swansea City: The Swans have allowed just four goals at the Liberty Stadium, making Fabianski a great choice with Crystal Palace visiting this weekend. He is the best option if you’re looking for someone other than Chelsea’s Thibault Courtois.
Honourable mention: Robert Green (Queens Park Rangers)
Obvious choice: Thibault Courtois (Chelsea)
DEFENDERS
Kieran Trippier (9.52M) – Burnley: Trippier is fantasy football’s fourth best defender. A home game against Aston Villa this weekend could prove to be another solid week for the Burnley right back.
Chelsea Defenders: They’re all expensive (over 10M) but all are a good bet for a clean sheet and more against Sunderland.
Marcos Rojo (6.97M) – Manchester United: Rojo returned to training this week from a shoulder injury. If you fancy the Argentine but are worried about his status, add Paddy McNair to your bench (3.35M) as he is likely to get the call from Louis van Gaal.
Honourable mentions: Neil Taylor (Swansea City), Mike Duff (Burnley), Steven Caulker (QPR)
Bargain bin: Jores Okore (Aston Villa)
MIDFIELDERS
Eden Hazard (18.15M) – Chelsea: In case you haven’t been watching, Hazard gets better with each game. If you can fit him and Diego Costa into the same team, then do it.
Cesc Fabregas (12.63M) – Chelsea: Ten assists in the Premier League, and tree in the Champions League. Fabregas has been incredible in his return to England, and if Chelsea is to score a few goals this weekend, you can bet he will provide the assists. It’s a must to have him or Hazard in your team for this week.
Gylfi Sigurdsson (11.15M) – Swansea City: Another midfielder big on assists. The Icelandic international has seven on the Premier League season, and has an in form Wilfried Bony to finish off his passes.
Joey Barton (9M) – Queens Park Rangers: Quit laughing! Barton’s game lends itself to fantasy success. Interceptions, blocks, successful tackles—he’s got it all! He’s also a risk for a red card. Still…
Honourable mention: Aaron Ramsey (Arsenal)
Obvious choice: Angel Di Maria (Manchester United)
FORWARDS
Wayne Rooney (18.07M) – Manchester United: Rooney is on fire right now—it started with England, and is now carrying over with United. Would rather start him than Aguero for this week.
Wilfried Bony (12.72M) – Swansea City: Another man on top form at the moment. Bony is the Premier League’s leading scorer (17) since the start of 2014.
Obvious choice: Diego Costa (Chelsea)
Bargain bin: Andy Carroll (West Ham)
My XI: Courtois; McNair, Cresswell, Bertrand; Sigurdsson, Di Maria, Fabregas, Lamela; Rooney, Costa, Bony
