MUNICH — Bayern Munich winger Arjen Robben will be out for about six weeks with an injury to the right adductor muscle and could miss the start of the Bundesliga season on Aug. 26.
Robben was injured after scoring in Carlo Ancelotti’s debut as Bayern coach on Saturday. Bayern won 4-3 at fifth-tier Lippstadt.
Robben went through a series of injury problems last season and his last official match for Bayern was in early March.
